Does everything grow super fast because of the heat? Are there a lot of things that you can't grow?So very creative.

The summer chicken run is comming along nicely, the plan is the chickens eat all the stuff planted outside of the tires and trellis, everything in the tire/trellis is for me (tomato, rattail radish, cukes, squash, malibar spinach, luffa)

won't be long now

7236_dsc_0607.jpg

volunteer squash planning on taking over the world, it goes across 2 garden spots (close to 20 ish feet maybe a bit more right now)

the asparagus I planted from seed, so cute looks like mini-me asparagus.

Everybody's gardens are so fabulous!!!

DesertLady, your before and afters are especially appealing to me. Hammer and nailing engineering to suit the place.

I went to town again today to get some 2X4's and some 1X2's. I gotta get that netting up a bit better, and get things started for the upgrowing plants.

I bought some pipe tobacco too! I'm gonna try switching to smoking a pipe instead of cigarettes, maybe grow and cure a bit of my own tobacco too.

Wow Kassaundra!
Wow Daisy!

Those are beautiful gardens!!!

I don't copyright my pictures. I only ask that if someone makes a gazillion clams with a picture I took that they send me some gourmet doughnuts.

Wow guys!!! I keep coming back and looking and I say WHY do I keep forgetting to get pictures while I'm out. Then I got out and take pics and forget to come back and post this afternoon. Then I come back and there is a WHOLE OTHER PAGE of new updates. Your gardens are just booming!!!

I only took a couple shots, but I wanted to share. I was too busy with hubby taking care of the birds and the fruit trees between rains. (Again, cell phone shots because its all I had on me.)

Green Beens on the Tee Pees we set up:

My daughter's garden I showed you we started last year:
