My neighbor was gone for three weeks to Switzerland. She brought me these really neat gifts from "HeidiLand"
(my name is Heidi)

Notice the wild flower seeds, I wonder if Alpine seeds will grow here in the desert?

Here is a close up of the Hello Heidi windchime.

And the one I really liked was this goat bell.

She is my "bestest" neighbor!! Today she gave me four Tomatillo plants that came up as volunteers in the wrong place! They survived the trip across the street, and are doing very well!

What a nice remembrance. You must be quite fond of each other as neighbors. :)

She is a fellow plant lover. And is the owner of the "Secret Garden" across the street. The one that has the huge artichoke plant I posted a while back.

She lives in the Condo next door to me. We spend lots of time talking over the back fence. We share most of our new recipes with each other. We both like doing "taste tests" I let her dog out to play when she is gone, and she takes care of my chickens and waters my yard when I am not here.

It is great to have a good neighbor!!

Very cute stuff! I love when people bring things back from their trips.
My dad backpacks all over the world and he finds the most unusual things.
Its nice to have good neighbors like that.
