Client's dog never showed up for grooming appointment yesterday. It happens a lot I don't give it a 2nd thought. Client just called screaming at me, why didn't I reminder her of appointment? I said that is a personal assistant's job not a dog groomers. Haven't even finished my coffee going to be a long day I can feel it.

Nyboy, only you would suggest a personal assistant do that task. I doubt anyone here has even thought of having a personal assistant for tasking life activities. I certainly wouldn't have given a thought in that direction. Around here it's: if I don't do it it doesn't get done.
