co-worker has this same issue. past few years been working with her & she whines why she keeps getting stopped. nice thing the police don't usually give her a ticket but funny this year one of the times it was the same cop from last year that remembered her & the same vehicle.

I got the car inspected on way to work. I groom the guys dog took less then 10 mins. My state is very money hunger, I bought a brand new car and still had to pay for inspection. Hope I can go to local police to sign off on ticket. The town where I got ticket is a hour away.

The first ticket I had was because of volcanic ash, after the eruption of Mt St Helens.

It was only a warning and was for "driving too fast for the conditions."

How's that for contributing to air pollution?

The rude angry woman at town court told me officer wrong, ticket will not be dismissed. I had to bite my tongue several times speaking with her.

Call and ask for deferred adjudication. Basically you pay the ticket and if you don't get another ticket for either 3 or 6 months, it falls off and doesn't go on your record.

Bay I don't think we have that here. About 2 years ago I went threw yellow light cop pulled me over claimed red gave ticket. I didn't want to take time off work so paid it, couple hundred NY adds a surcharge to every ticket ( if your found not guilty and ticket dismissed you still have to pay surcharge) About 3 months later I got pulled over for a new law I didn't know about given ticket just paid it. 3 months later I get a letter from DVM that I got 2 moving violations within 6 months they where giving me a $450 penalty for that. If I didn't pay penalty my license would be revoked. I felt blackmailed by my state after paying hundreds in fines they shook me down for more $$$
