Grumble, Grumble

I have, Nyboy. Our plans to travel around a bit haven't panned out. I like the idea of it but the reality of sitting for hours in a car is not fun. Might as well stay home with chickens.
We even tossed around the idea of getting a class C camper, so I can move around occasionally, or at least go back and sit in a recliner, while DH is driving, and vice-versa, but didn't get very far with that idea.

Lucky when my parents got older they did weekend trips that where only a hour or 2 away.

Yes, and we have some beautiful hiking trails and scenic sites within a couple hours. Those places will get visited again as I get more able to walk any distance.
