I can leave without a purchase because I go so often, especially in the winter when a plant would freeze going from the store to the car.

Spouse and I used to go just to sit and enjoy the smells and sights.

I have been fooled by specials and plants that have NO business in my zone, so I am getting more picky. I have also laid down a rule for myself. It HAS to be put into a pot or the ground within 2 weeks.

I'm like most here...don't go unless I need something. If they don't have it, I walk out empty handed most of the time. I also walk out that way if the prices are too high...usually with a snort of laughter when I view the price tags.
