NO MORE FREE RANGING HENS eating all my tomatoes!

Oh no!!

Well, after Elvira the crazy Silkie's close call with a hawk, the girls and boys are staying inside. So, I can do a lasagna garden WITHOUT having to sift to find non-pecked veggies!

i swear my chickens go around singing "I beg your pardon--i never promised you a rose garden" as they rummage thru my flowerbeds.

pardon me while i go chase them with the broom now. minnie and pearl are apparently VERY anti-snapdragon. who knew?
