I've been a pickle-making fool this summer! I've made dill pickles, bread & butters & pickle relish. I tried sweet peppers but they all shriveled up, so those went to the chickens. What I think I'd like to do is sweet pickles, but use the jalapenos from the garden as well. Anyone have a good recipe? Or how many jalapenos would you recommend I add to a recipe so that the pickles are hot, but not enough to set someone on fire?
