How To Say Anything To a Southerner

Kassaundra, We went to the County Fair in Yerington, Nevada. There was some quilting there that was done very well, there were a couple worth seeing. Thought of you and your work.

I know someone from way south, that speaks like a barrister, but when on the phone with the family back home, it's like another language comes into play.
There are some words and expressions that are more descriptive as they are coined and used in an area, and can almost not be understood anywhere else.

My grandmother came here from Italy at 15. She had 13 children, livid to her late 70s never learned English. Or so pretended .

Seems like she was angry about it, though.

I moved all over the country and even England, as a military brat, so I have NO ACCENT.

Cracked me up when I was called "Baaab ra in Boston (there on biz alot).

LOL only the curse words, do know the hand gestures too. A Italian can curse you out with just the hands !

My Godfather is Italian, my Italian has gotten embarrassing from disuse.
