This is what I would do:
I would clean it up nicely and post an ad for what ever you think it is worth. $50, $100, $200 I don't know, but just place the price accordingly!
Then take the money and run! LOL
Use the money to supplement the cost of seeds for next year's gardens, or soil supplements, or fertilizers! It is all good!
A pond is a costly endeavor. It is a frustrating experience at first in establishing the correct balance. One way this way and the water turns into green soup, one way that way and everything goes nasty!
If you have ducks, forget ever having clear water! Although, I do believe that if you have a waterfowl, the least a person could do is provide the water! LOL :watering
That's just me. I did the pond, had all the fish, fun fun! I worked it for two seasons and finally got my pond to stay crystal clear by adding tons of water plants and letting it season properly. It took almost two entire years to get there.
