Oh Dear I think you need someone to hold the ladder steady. Sure don't want it to tip with you up there. (I would be neighborly and hop over to help if I lived close enough.)

I love you all.

I stayed a ground lubber today, but between loads of soil hauling sitting with my smoke i tied to think of a plan.

being a Neanderthal who does not want to go extinct, i'll wait for that final 10% of feeling up to it which should be any day now. gives me a chance to make my plan.

oh, and terre can get in now and has email, and lives 3 miles north now instead of 1 mile south, so I'll take NinnyMary's advice and have him help.

I keep putting off working on stitching that top netting back in place, and doing the fun stuff instead.

I really need to be sternly nagged at every day telling me to get that netting stitched up.

SO, NAG ME, PLEASE!!!

I'm almost ready to do it!

Did more groundwork today, probably 2 more days of groundwork and it happens!

Feeling close to 100%, but still get hot achey muscles in a hurry...

I split 2 beds to have a walk between them. That'll save steps, plus since a lot of my compost mix soil shrank, I needed it to bring the depth back. Still need to fill those splits in. They are like trenches now. The south side of the south bed, near the south wall I also trenched and have most of that filled in. Fill is our red clay soil. That was to give me access to both sides of that bed. Still need something like 60 cubic feet of it. Shovel work. That'll get me back in shape. Went most of today doing that but for an hour or 2 of breaks.
