The plants are beautiful! I, too, prefer rooted plants to flowers that will soon fade. I can tell some of your flowers were sent by clients who know you rather well -- orchids are not your typical funeral flower. They must remember you having orchids at your shop.

It is easy to see that you have many who consider you a friend. You are a lucky man!

How wonderful that your clients and friends have sent there love and sympathy in flowers/plants. I see only one cut arrangement. I also see a succulent terrarium, 2 orchids, peace lily, rosemary and Christmas cactus. Many with a little care will last a long rime and remind you of how special you are to so many. HUGS friend.

I have three peace lilies: one for my grandmother's passing, one for my father's passing this past winter, and one from a plant in the office I repotted and snatched a cutting from. They are supposed to represent innocence and rebirth.

peace lily is also called a resurrection lily since they are supposed to be hard to kill off. once they look like they are wilting & you water them they spring back to life.
