This is the reason I garden. I don't love to garden, in fact there are times that I down right hate it. However, I do it because I love knowing that I don't have to rely on the grocery store for my food. If something were to happen, I know how to grow it and I know how to store it. And most importantly my children are learning how to work. That to me is priceless.
