An appraisal in an arbritage case.
Also, these guys can't measure:
1st: 796ft²
2nd: 753ft²
3rd: 850ft² (today)
I did measure it myself an came up with: 828ft²
I make building plans for a living and worked a long time for a firm that worked mostly on existing buildings, often monuments, from farms, churches, grand houses and sorts. We would always measure very meticulous so our drawings were correct. So I believe my own measure is true.
But the 3rd measure is highter so i'm not complaining now...
