Good to hear about your sibling reunion. I think the way you all were able to say goodbye to your dad was memorable and inspired.

I've never been to any HS reunions.
My name changed (witness protection program, haha) so they probably couldn't find me. I doubt I would have gone anyway. I graduated in 3 years and never looked back.

same here (except for the 3yr thing :) )...

gonna be the 40th in a few years, i'm not sure they have my current address but they may have my e-mail address now.

was glad to get away when i did and haven't looked back much. i don't live that far away now but for 15yrs i was way up north and 5 yrs down south. hard to believe how fast time goes by just puttering around. :)

There have only been two times I was notified of a reunion. The first time I was still in the Navy, and on deployment... so that one was a wash. The second time was last year... at a coach's house. It seems that one was mostly a team reunion, and since I didn't run with that crowd, I passed on that one too. I might go to the 50th (if they have one) just to see who's still around. All of my friends from HS moved far from the area, so chances are I wouldn't recognize anyone, or have anyone recognize me. Which means I could claim to be anything, and have fun with it. ;)

had a late start needed to get an oil change in reno,nv. basically a boring drive to salt lake city about the only excitement was driving by the bonnieville salt flat race track.

layover in salt lake city stayed at the ramada on state st what a sh!t hole took 3 rooms to stay in, 1st smelt like sewer gas,2nd the bed was not made, third fridge did not work but i had my cooler.when checking out at 5;45 am there was no coffee in the lobby...so glad to get out of that place...

once on the road it a slow going over the mountains, it was raining cats and dogs till hitting Wyoming. would really like to wyoming in the spring time when everything is green..
was interesting to see all the mini oil refinery's along the interstate
