you won't miss the wisteria for long. it was very invasive for my parents when i decided to get one for their back yard about 20 years ago. we are still trying to kill it. we never got it to flower but it did become destructive to their privacy fence.Well, to tell you the truth, we had to cut the wisteria down last year. For those of you who have ever grown wisteria, you know it needs massive support. Our wisteria got so thick with vines the size of little tree trunks, we were afraid of it collapsing the two supporting barn walls. Other than the wisteria, everything else is the same. I am thinking of making a garden in the old foundation now. There is a lot of stone on the ground, but I can make a wall in front, dump in soil, and make it a step or two up into the garden....maybe like a patio garden. I still miss the wisteria.
