My garden

[Southern Gardener]

So far, so good. Some were munched by worms, but I think will be ok. Carrots and beets were beat down from the rain but doing ok. I had to replant spinach, and the turnips are doing the best I think. Everything wilts in the afternoons, I supposed that's normal?

Oh, thank you! that makes me feel so good! No weeds = newspaper then mulched leaves on top! I just didn't want to spend everyday in the garden weeding. My spring garden was such a mess and I was so discouraged so I'm trying this method.

LOL! NO! Its sticks and twine! The dogs and the cats like to follow me in the garden and thus trampled plants. Thank you!

Thank you everyone! Wow that makes me feel good! I'm always looking at everyone else's garden here and I always feel like mine falls short. Thanks for the reassurance - maybe I AM doing something right, eh?
