Well that is awesome... I had 9 broccoli plants growing nice and big. Then my four year old left the duck fence open over night.... I don't have any more broccoli. 
I was devastated. Especially since I had been nursing these through the heat of mid August. This was after I decided to quit and so I took it as an omen. The garden wants me to rest.
