I hope you like my daylily. As a backyard daylily hybridizer I think this may be my best one yet.

if you don't mind me asking, what were the parents? sometimes their names can help give the new one it's name! i love reading the background on daylilies and hostas to find out that they are a sport of such and such. my dh doesn't seem to understand why there are sooo many different names and thinks it's mostly a gimmick to get people to gobble them up when they come out when there are probably many more plants that look similar. :lol:
