I didn't start out looking for a classic, was looking for something in 90s. Here with all road salt in winter, the under carriages looked like swiss cheese from rust. They really did build then better back in the day.

Dickiebird, I love that truck just the way it is. Around the corner from me is an old yellow truck that has just been sitting there for years. I love that one too.

*sigh* either of those trucks would look fabulous pulling our vintage campers - 1956 Aloha or 1955 Aljoa. Gotta get a few other projects done first...! Love them both!

I started driving mine, everyday about 4 years ago.
Within a few days of me being seen around the area I heard a kids mom telling him "it's just like 'mater", I had no idea what the meaning of 'mater was.
Now I know and almost ever week some kid, or actually their mom, wants their pic taken with 'mater.
