@Beekissed I was very surprised and happy about the figurine, which I could never have afforded at $680!

We must be two peas in a pod. We don't have any 'normal' animals. We have an emotionally needy rescue donkey that loves to kiss anyone. He even moves his lips! Without being crude, I can tell people they can kiss my ass LOL.

His buddy the sheep begs for cookies. Vanilla Wafers preferred, but Ritz crackers a close second. He is the son of the blind sheep. Here's a video of it:

Oh, man, flowerweaver!!!! I have laryngitis right now and that vid made me laugh so hard I was just sitting here squeaking like some weird squeeze box...no laugh sounds, just squeaking! I LOVED that!!! And, yes, we must be two peas in a pod and you are officially weird...let me guess, you really don't even teach these animals this stuff they usually just come fully equipped in their weird behaviors? Like your...uh...assssss...um...donkey.

Oh, what a sheep! Don't you just love sheep? And folks say they are stupid. Not in my book...my sheep were hugely smart.

When my wife and I got married, we bought our first house house in suburbia. About a month later we got a 8 week old , female, purebred Siamese kitten. Nest door there was a tan, male, watchdog that was chained to his doghouse right next to the front of the garage . The owners had also installed a 5' tall fence at the property line to the sidewalk so the dog would't get tangled around the side yard street tree on our side of the fence. Now this dog hated all cats. When the neighborhood cats would walk by he would always lunge to the " end of his chain" as the cats knew where that point was, so they teased him from just beyond that point. Little did they know that that " end of that chain " was about 5' from the real end , so 4 cats found out the hard way and were no more. ( killed) , About a week after we got the Siamese kitten, she suddenly ran to the fence, jumped up and over it and started to rub up against that dog. Shocked , that dog started to lick our kitten and from that day on they were the best of friends. Ate out of the same bowl of dog feed, drank water together our of his water diash, slept together side by side or her on his back. However, that didn't stop the dog from ending the life of any other cat that dared to roam on his turf.

I had a dog that would start barking, right as I was feeding the gang. She would bark, they would run downstairs to find the intruder- and she would very quickly eat all the food! Needless to say, I didn't let her do that very often. But, it was kind of genius!

Dogs can be sneaky! Gilbert is the dog that likes to play with toys, especially balls. Sullivan can't out run him, but when Gilbert is not looking, Sullivan takes all the toys and stashes them on the tippy-top of the woodpile, where no one else will go.

Remember how we all gave Sullivan the 'benefit of doubt' when I found him on the top shelf of the greenhouse breaking tomato plants? Well, when the roofers were here I put him in the kitchen ever so briefly. I went to answer the door and this is what I found when I came back. Look at that face!...And your problem is?...nothing to see here...
