This is what I mostly use mine for. I take way more pics nowadays than when I had to lug my DSLR around. The DSLR is still better for nice portraits and has a much faster shutter speed though.

let's see ... if I want a picture to go with a contact, first I have to get the picture into the iPhone ... if it's Bro's picture from about 1950 ...

I tried emailing it directly to the phone but that didn't work. I tried putting it into the email app, downloading it into the phone's picture folder but that didn't work ...

I guess I will have to get it off an online gallery by downloading to the phone. I know!!! I'll find it on TEG!
