If and man states an opinion and there is no woman to hear him~Is he still wrong?
Perhaps yes, but no one will remember his error. . . . . forever and ever and ever. No one will remind him he was wrong. . . . . forever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever.

If a man speaks and a woman ignores it, did he speak at all?
Yes. She may not acknowledge he spoke, but she will remember. . . . . forever and ever and ever. Some day she will remind him he spoke and he was wrong. . . . . forever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever.

Steve, I would hope we've come a bit farther in our dialog than those famous quotes indicate, but there is a ring of truth to some of them. I am not as apologetic as many women that I know, but not nearly as bold speaking as I would wish.

DH has a favorite quote: "I have never made a mistake. I thought I did once, but I was wrong." Words he has lived by for the past 46 years I've known him. I am the family memory.
