I've been wondering about what little snow that we have had this fall. I see that it has rolled off to make itself useful in your North Carolina garden!
uncovered everybody this morning to get some fresh air and trim back the leafs that either did not handle the cold or that were turning yellow. checked the 5 day weather think i might leave them uncovered for a couple days tuesday night they say it's going to be 36* but we all know that could change.
amazing how to carrots have responded very well to being covered since friday, will need to trim back some.
both are from stokes. the red is skyphos ,green is odyssey... really want to try a all red oakleaf lettuce next season, it tastes the same ,you eat with your eyes as well.
