Overrun With Cukes!

I got a bit carried away with my cucumbers this year and have WAY more than I can use. Does anyone have any recipes that uses LOTS of cukes? These are a table variety, so I don't think pickling is an option.

Oh! And fresh cucumber salsa is REALLY good. Doesn't preserve well, but it will give you a way to use some up while you think of other ideas
