As long as the golf course czar's can't see it, yes, I'll have some raised beds! Will need to put up deer fencing tho...there are herds of deer there, and wild turkey's too!

Check out electric fencing Murphy. You only need one strand about 2' high and you can get black step in posts and black wire so it's practically invisible.

I use it extensively at a deer infested clients house to protect the dry stack rock walls and the cutting garden and it works super. Love me some deer with scorch marks!
