Garden Master
This has been a very interesting and successful experiment... I had some old summer squash seeds and a little space in the garden (after harvesting onions). I planted the seeds sometime in July (not a very good record keeper!) These plants are beautiful, have no cucumber beetles or squash bugs- and no sign of borers (yet...). They are full of beautiful squash! I will never bother to plant squash in the early summer again. I literally planted these seeds and walked away. I also planted cukes in this way. They are flowering now- we'll see if my season is long enough for them...
