Rhubarb

Rhubarb junkie here too. I pm with Potter & Red it doesn't need to be dressed up with other fruits.

Looking to get a bed of it established this year too. I appreciate the recipes I just printed off a copy can't wait to try it.

Unfortunately, rhubarb is now something I eat rarely and in small amounts. Thanks to dear ole Dad (and other relatives), I have gout and sadly, rhubarb is high in oxalic acid crystals.
