I don't know, those slices don't look too big to me. But I just have a little notebook computer...
They sure look good with that cup of tea. :)

Don't listen to Thistle, Digits! :p Eat only half of that slice. The rest will last you twice as long. Remember 80% diet, 20% exercise. This is even more important if you have physical issues. ;):)

@ninnymary Steve is doing great. He sure makes the miles each day. I do good to get around the block once. :( But I am still pushing a bit more each day. Another lap of the gym during school lunch serving, walking a tad faster. Etc.... s.l.o.w. for sure. One month of wise food choices and more H20 each day is working too. :) @digitS' Keep it up, you are an inspiration to me. ;)

Remember, this is The Easy Garden forum. The only reason to break a sweat is if we mess up, get behind the curve, and have to catch up or something is gonna suffer! Attention to the small details is gonna keep us from gettin in that fix. Easy does it right along on Easy Street, sunny side ... always! Or, as best we can do with the "always" notion.

Be that as it may, no reason to hurt ourselves ;).

Dinner out comes with free ice cream. THEY say you only really enjoy the first and last bite of something you eat. Not sure I believe that, but I've been picking the ice cream covered pecan bits out of my scoop of buttered pecan. That way I enjoy the taste, but leave most of the ice cream in the dish. Guilt free (almost).

Wow! Wow!

@Carol Dee ! Less than 6 weeks? I've never done that in 6 months ... then, turned it around and began gaining again, every time!

What , uh, What I had to turn around were steady weight gains. And, I really haven't lost anything, if there was some kind of "Steve's average, annual weight."

It just comes down to that the average weight hasn't increased over recent years and I've preserved the ability to walk. Lately, I have had at least one, 30 minutes of walking exercise each day but one, since I started in December.

Carole Dee, you have reason to be pleased with yourself, and proud :)! Be careful, please.

Steve
