I would like to return to a normal weight , 150-160# maybe.
I weighed 144# when I got married 40 year ago. (And thought I was overweight!) Right!

You avatar photo looks great. What ever you do don't let it come back. Don't get discouraged by lack of more loss. The spring and summer should help with that. There are articles written about the plateau and how to over come that. You are a superstar!
