What kind of seed or Burr is this that gets on me and my dog , ?

From roughly 4000 miles away; it looks like Cockleburr. Right up there with sticker burrs and snakes of things I don’t miss from Texas.

Cockleburrs are fairly large, this looks small.
Cleavers has a Velcro seed, but it is round.
