I think they would survive if they are hardened off. I have had broccoli survive the winter in the garden with no protection. To be on the safe side, Crealcritter could use a low tunnel of the white frost cloth...can't remember the name of it...remax?You can't put them out in the garden already, can you?

Not sure, BUT I think that tender seedlings won't survive, but full sized plants Will. We had a "no winter", 2011-2012, and I had spinach that resurrected itself.
