Hey GPN, what exactly are those carnival peppers? Are those Burpee's Carnival Bell Pepper mix? That's the only thing I found when I searched for them...I may be interested though.

I have some I can offer. All are heirlooms, some we purchased and got too much of or we don't like to eat them (I got a big mixed package of seeds and ended up with a few we won't grow) and some are collected from our own garden which is organic. (no chemicals used, just manure, dirt, and water)

I've got:
Sweet corn 'Golden Bantam'
Beet 'Detroit Dark Red'
Pumpkin 'Connecticut Field' (we canned lots of it and it's great for pie)
Cabbage 'All Seasons'
Shell Peas 'Green Arrow'
Watermelon 'Crimson Sweet' (really sweet, we love it)
Acorn squash (not sure what kind)

I'm also interested in trading for seeds of: brussels sprouts, artichoke, tomato, herbs, or peppers of any kind (spicy preferred!)
Is thats what I got! I forgot to plant them this past season, ended up with several packs

You've already posted your offer (post #160) and made your selection from the prior post, now all you have to do is PM GPN with your address to mail it to you. Who ever takes their pick from your offer will make the next offer and PM you with their address.

Glad to see this thing pick up again!

Also, if you want to make a straight trade... "I have ______, looking to trade for ______" you can also opt to start a new individual thread under this same topic category just for that and see if anybody takes you up on it.

For clarification,

on the train,

one person offers several items to CHOOSE from.

Person #2 wants something on the person #1's list, so person #2 posts with what she claims from person #1's list and then also offers new items for the next person to choose from.

So basically, you should be looking only at the last post on the thread. All previous offers have already been claimed.

Does that help at all?

All other transactions should take place in their own threads.

I think the last "legal" train post was #159.

Is that right? I'm not an authority on this or anything. I'm just at the computer and trying to be helpful.

Would anybody be interested in doing a seed train? On BYC they are doing one, but it moves awfully fast! Basically, you offer some seeds you have on hand. If anybody wants to accept, they reply to accept and in the same post offer seeds of their own. Full rules and details here:

I believe these are the rules to the seed train for those unfamiliar with how it works. If this has changed, my apologies. There are quite a few pages. Happy trading! :)

The reason i suggested 159 instead of 160 is because post 160 claimed an item offered on post 155 instead of 159. Offer 159, i believe, is still unclaimed.
