The reason i suggested 159 instead of 160 is because post 160 claimed an item offered on post 155 instead of 159. Offer 159, i believe, is still unclaimed.
Oh, gotcha! I am confused too! Sorry! :p Added to the confusion! :p

No problem! :D

So do you think that is right? The last unclaimed offer is #155?

Oops, sorry I messed everything up!

Well, there's nothing on wifezilla's list I am after, so I guess I'll wait for another one to come up!

I'm new to this sort of thing. I don't have anything to trade:( . Does this mean that I can never get seeds?:(

O well:( I'm such a new gardener that the only thing I plant with seeds are green beans! Everything else, I buy little plants.:( I'm not sure that I can grow from seeds.:idunno

I'm finally taking a big step and growing a vegtable garden but will use transplants. Maybe next year I will get the courage to try seeds.

You can definitely grow seeds. They are like magic. Not sure what zone you are in- but some seeds are so easy to grow it is ridiculous...try radishes, before you turn around you will be eating them. Same goes for all the lettuces. Don't be afraid. The great thing is that seeds are so cheap, if some don't germinate, it is not the end of the world....Keep us posted on your results. Counting the days till spring!

Dont be afraid. I am with Lesa, they are like magic. It is so awesome to plant these tiny little seed, and the next thing, you have wonderful food. just type growing lettuce, or growing beans etc, what ever you want into your browser, and follow the tips. One thing, dont bury your lettuce very far. I usually get the soil ready, sprinkle the seeds(lightly) A little goes a long way.. then I press the seed and soil down with a hoe, gently, this slightly covers the seed from the birds, but it will come up rather quickly, you will need to keep the soil damp while they germinate, if they get started then dry out, you will lose them. at least that is my take. I am an old time style gardener(not that old-just old fashioned), and I love all the new ideas and ways I learn on here, I never mind being told there are better ways, because I use every good idea I get. You will be hooked on growing things once you get confident,we are all "rooting" for you!
