Was that duck canvas that you used, Dahlia?

Did you know that duct tape was actually made from duck canvas. There was broad application and it was known by that name. Material became varied as time went on. So, there's some history for the next time that you have someone try to correct you for calling it duck tape instead of duct .

I wrote that earlier post late at night, so I said canvas covers for various boat covers, but I really meant Sunbrella fabric covers. (Good for outdoor use) Thanks for the history tidbit!
