Water infuser. You stuff the tube with fruit and stick it in the pitcher.
The flavor is supposed to 'infuse' the water.

I drink a LOT of water (mostly because the water cooler is right here in the scale) but some nice, fresh, fruity water would be nice now and then.
Wonder if those things work?

Sorry, but I have well water -- fresh and delicious -- just as Mother Nature intended and it is my drink of choice, first and last. Coffee here is barely colored water and even that is hard for me to get down. I am totally a social drinker when it comes to coffee. I drink it because DH thinks others expect me to.

You don't need to be sorry, @Smart Red .

Well water here also ... water moving through miles of gravel.

It could be worse. In the Palouse Hills, the water is moving through basalt loess, dust! In the "university cities" about 90 minutes south, it used to be said that well-prepared freshmen would show up on campus with their own bottle of Tang. Yeah, just like they were being shot into space ...

Catjac, I placed an order with soap.com today. I didn't find their sprouted spelt flour, but went ahead and got some regular spelt flour. I was wanting to try some non-soy mayonnaise so I got some of that too. It may be yucky, but won't know till I try!
Oh, and I had no trouble putting together $50 worth, for the free shipping! They have lots of stuff!

I will give you my roll recipe. I make them once a week and use them for all my bread needs. Wait until you see how filling they are compared to white flour store bought bread. I think the unsprouted will be fine. Spelt has a stronger flavor. I do not use the whole wheat sprout-it is very dense. Spelt is an ancient grain. The health thoughts is that we are genetically more able to digest it. Now if I have a little piece of wheat bread I get a stomach ache-feel so much better. No bloat, lost weight, no exhaustion for no reason.

I have heard that about wheat from so many people. I don't eat much as it is, but NONE would be better! I would appreciate that recipe, catjac. Thanks.
