I have heard that about wheat from so many people. I don't eat much as it is, but NONE would be better! I would appreciate that recipe, catjac. Thanks.http://www.soap.com/p/one-degree-or...r-80-oz-1004967?qid=938516110977081807&sr=1-1
I will give you my roll recipe. I make them once a week and use them for all my bread needs. Wait until you see how filling they are compared to white flour store bought bread. I think the unsprouted will be fine. Spelt has a stronger flavor. I do not use the whole wheat sprout-it is very dense. Spelt is an ancient grain. The health thoughts is that we are genetically more able to digest it. Now if I have a little piece of wheat bread I get a stomach ache-feel so much better. No bloat, lost weight, no exhaustion for no reason.
