Sorry about that hail, bobm. It looked awfully rough on the news. I sure hope the damage turns out to be little to nothing that is lasting. I doubt the strawberries will be toast. They might see some damage, but pop back from the hail.

Marbles! Some places got hit by much bigger hail. Glad it wasn't any of us.

Nyboy, I told you pansies wouldn't be bothered over much by the snow. I've had mine flowering through late spring snows in the past as well.

when i took dog out for his business this morning there seemed to be about 4" on my car. never cleaned off the car or drive way & just looked out to see the car cleared itself off & the drive way is nearly clear of snow except where the porch shadows it.

plenty on the ground still.

@Chickie'sMomaInNH , I never think of New Hampshire as being on the coast ... even if your location says ~ right there! ~ seacoast NH.

I guess this snow hugged the coast altho I wonder how far inland it made it by the time it reached @buckabucka 's neighborhood.

We only got a few inches here. The ground was bare before that (unusual this time of year), so I'm hoping for a slightly early planting season. Onions are growing indoors, and I just started the first of the pepper and eggplant seeds...

WMUR probably took it down. they don't seem to archive their stories unless it is popular. anyway, Stratham had about 9" yesterday. they seemed to get the most snow on the seacoast.

We're expecting (or told to expect) a snow storm for Wednesday and Thursday with some serious shoveling. I haven't heard just how much shoveling that entails, but I'm at the point in the years where I expect HIM to take care of cleaning off anything HE lets fall.
