OMG i want to eat a dozen donuts right now...

maybe i can pretend that six Jr, Mints are mint chocolate donuts? if i look at them from each side...
Me too; I'm intensely craving chocolate, donuts, and fat-rich foods. Winter cold always affects me that way. I try to limit myself, but the same Winter cold seems to compromise my ability to count accurately. :rolleyes:

yeah i think of it as hibernation fuel even if i don't hibernate. :) i had popcorn with Jr. Mints and i certainly did not count how many. i'm not eating as much junk as i used to but once in a while the cravings do come along.

Keep that "not hibernating" reality in mind when you open your at-home food storage. Try not to gloss over the calories involved. Add celery to everything – just noticing that the whole wheat bread I had for breakfast has 100 calories in each slice; a cup of sliced celery has 14!

@digitS' would carrots count? well, yes, they do count extra as they do have more calories, but i had to eat them up as they were old and needed to be put in the chili i had for breakfast and lunch yesterday and dinner the day before...

today for linner i found something to really fit my cravings for fat and sweet, i had a few pieces of homemade bread (tiny pieces) and put peanut butter on them (several tablespoons) and then put some brown sugar and cinnamon on top of that. very satisfying (then, now i'm hungry again :) )... glass of water would be the best thing i could do right now but i'm not sure i can avoid some cheese and crackers and hot sauce.

oh, good, i cut up some apples yesterday and they were enough of a detour to avoid the other things... *whew!* :)

I attacked a bit of chocolate last night. I needed cheering up. My electricity meter has gone blank not showing all the money I put into it . If they don't fix it, I stand a chance of losing around ninety pounds.

I think it packed up during the storms and a lighting flash we had.
