Charting those days ahead - I'll have no problem having plenty of Kabocha for pie this Winter ;).

Well, I always listen to the podcast while working in the kitchen or greenhouse.

I have my breakfast after some chores today, and the previous episode is about the Doomsday Bunkers. When this episode started, I stared at the screen and the eggs in my plate, wondering, mmm, how weird that The Guardian used the entire episode to discuss "should you freeze your eggs," although they just talked about Bunkers?

Uhh, and they started to talk, ahh, it's about "that eggs", not "ordinary eggs." :lol:

@Phaedra Geiermann ,

Sometimes a chef looks to be only sprinkling salt for dramatic effects. That's the way I see the dang snow plows that only seem to show up on our road during the night and well after the cars, vans and buses have compacted the snow and after any daytime thawing has ended. Happened again last night although anytime over the last 2 days would have been perfect to move all the slush off.

Well, at least the sheet of ice may hold up well with no more thawing in sight.
