this was the strangest Valentine's Day in many years. Mom had no chocolate in any form. she's not been eating sweets now for about six to eight weeks. says it helps a lot with the cramps she was getting in her hands. good for her, but i'm not quite that dedicated yet, i still have a square a day some days. not today, i will take it easier and avoid extra calories because i finished off the cookies and some other snacks yesterday and i also had some pasta salad (cold in the middle of winter it's kind of strange but hot sauce did heat it up intellectually - my noodle was happy with those noodles...)...
