I've been trying. I can't sleep in the recliner. Hopefully she will find it easier.

I have no doubt that between the three of them, she will have more interesting 'events' to come. Despite their acrobatics, as long as mom and babes stay healthy, the rest is just something to laugh about after they're born.

We got a phone call from our daughter saying that she couldn't breath last night so she whent to emergency to be checked out in the wee hours of the morning. After hours of tests she finally called again at noon ... she was told that one of the playmates decided to swing from the penthouse rafters and that she is now residing at the diaphram ( insted of the bladder ) causing daughter a hard time to breath. So now she will have to sleep on her recliner in a sittng position. :th
She needs an adjustable bed with massage.

As for using a pillow at my back, .., I am probably the only one at the house who doesn't find a pillow for their chair. My TV watching comfort is a captain's chair from the kitchen set and wood throughout. I dislike the big cushy recliner DH claims as too soft ...

Pillows. Try a pillow, Red :).

One behind the head may help but, with my decrepancy ;), an important pillow location is behind my left shoulder. It keeps me from listing in that direction as the gentle waves of sleep begin to overtake me. The problem - there is a real danger of waking suddenly with a cramp in my left hip if I'm in that position. Try your pillow in different sizes and locations.

Forty winks is a good thing, if a good night's rest doesn't come easily. Shakespeare ~ sleep knits up the ravel'd sleeve of care.
