TEG registered to . . . sit tight?

I haven't posted much in the last couple of years... but check in several times a week. It's always nice to come see what's going on in the lives and gardens of others. I've had too many life changes for my comfort and with 2 summers without rain, I tend to get a tad depressed. TEG gives me hope that someday things will get back on track and it will rain in the SUMMER when I'm trying to grow things!

What better place to come and vent about garden failures than right here with friends? I feel ya' on the drought. It makes me think the Mormans have a good idea, stocking up on food items, when drought years wipe out the gardens. I should can more, but my garden space is limited. I did do good with cucumbers, a friend gave me buckets of them and I canned enough pickles for a pregnant woman's doomsday kit.
So go ahead and post, even if it is about sifting the dust through your fingers. We can at least give you moral support.
