Thanksgiving 🦃. So what’s all for dinner ? And easy pre-cooked Cajun Turkey dinners and more ready for pick up.

wow that sounds amazing to me, but Mom would have a canary with all those spices. so funny. i'll have to see if i can remember this one for the future sometime. so cut and paste to a file it goes...

I'll be making the turkey, potatoes, gravy, rolls, and roasted veggies. Tomorrow I'll make a pumpkin pie and a pecan pie. My daughter will bring a green salad and my other daughter's boyfriend will bring a pot roast. His parents are coming over for the first time and his dad will make his delicious lima beans and bring a dessert.

This year I am being more organized to not be stressed. Trying to make as much as I can ahead of time and just have it in the fridge ready to go in the oven.

I only have one oven so will have to use my son's oven downstairs.
