No one has claimed the cat we picked up out of the road. The rescue we foster through has agreed to take him as soon as we get him fixed and combo tested which will be Wednesday or Thursday. So he’s in my bathroom instead of at the pound. We also got him checked for a microchip but no luck there either.

Well. We picked up two new foster kittens on Tuesday. They are 5 weeks old and already have homes lined up. It will be about 2 weeks before they are old enough to go to them though.

And tonight on the way back from a friends house we may or may not have picked up a stray cat off the side of the road. He was friendly and wouldn’t get out of the road so we were worried about him getting hit. Unfortunately animal dumping is common on this stretch of road so that might be what happened to him. We’re just hoping we didn’t kidnap the neighbors cat. If no one claims him by Monday we will take him to the rescue.

He got fixed this morning and got all his shots and a combo test. His neuter went well and we’re waiting on the results of the test. If no one claims him by tomorrow then he will go to the rescues shelter and stay there until he’s adopted.
I’ll update about the combo test later today and I’ll do my best to remember to post another when he gets adopted.
