You can spend a few bucks to improve on a cookie cutter . But you will need MUCHO $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ to improve on this character house !! !

add an extra garage door & picture it light blue & you get my sister's house that burned last year. their new house is almost complete. my nephew was in his senior year in HS & did up the designs for the new house & got great praise from the code guy at the city. when the guy got done looking everything over he noticed the last name on the designs was the same as my sister's & then he had to ask when he saw that it was done at the local HS. my nephew decided on going to college for architecture with everything that happened.

the new house has similar features but my nephew added in some nice little bits of 'character' to it. i'm not on facebook so i can't see them finished product but i got to see the plans.
