Meanwhile in Maine ...I heard from my sister in Alaska today. She loves winter, and is complaining about the green grass! Warmest winter she ever remembers there.
a little olive oil and a dash of dried herbs and a 1/4 teaspoon of horseradish then roasted in the oven..the steak was a flat iron cut with just salt and pepper. had some buttered sourdough bread to go along with it.@majorcatfish, what did you cook those vegetables in? They smell yummy!
