oh it's all planned out in my head, what's stopping me " the lack of the almighty dollar among other things... am rich in the heart poor in the checking account...
Bay I have a client who does this weekends at tailgate parties for football. She makes more then her husband who works full time.Around here, there are BBQ "corners" where people show up towing their BBQ pits and sell sandwiches and BBQ plates, complete with potato salad and beans. Maybe something like that so you wouldn't have the 24-7 headache of you MUST be there to open the door....employees.....
Or what about a food vendor trailer? At the trades days and flea markets, the food vendors ALWAYS make money. Even if there isn't a good crowd, the other vendors have to eat.
Either of those scenarios would give you more freedom than a fixed in place restaurant.
Aren't we all ?oh it's all planned out in my head, what's stopping me " the lack of the almighty dollar among other things... am rich in the heart poor in the checking account...
