Flowerbug, that mac n cheese doesn't sound bad at all. The yogurt gives it the creaminess and dairy that the cheese has. Of course hot sauce in moderation on it is also a good thing.

i can eat the hot sauce directly from the bottle now so it isn't too hot, but i like it for the pepper/garlic flavor and a little heat since i don't often use ketchup any more. the yogurt i added because we had to get rid of it. it was already six weeks past the use by date (still good, nothing wrong with it at all).

Flowerbug, I only eat whole milk yogurt by Faye. In a pinch I too use it for sour cream. But I usually have a small tub of sour cream and whipping cream for cooking.

Harvested my 4 jalapeño plants that were loaded! Didn’t want the rains to get them.
