My first harvest of the year.

2 zucchini
bowl of peas, which made 1 C of shelled peas
a few sprigs of thai basil
2 cups of yellow wax beans

Woo hoo! Now we're catching up!

I got about:
7 lbs of tomatoes (cherry and slicers)
14 pickling cukes though several went to the chickens as the skins went bitter
Got about 1/4 cup of raspberries before the mocking birds did
7 banana peppers
2 cayenne peppers
and a handful of string beans

And my tomatoes aren't even rolling yet!

Getting impatient with my melons... not a one & they have downy mildew. Lets hope some ripen before they quit on me. :/

Another cabbage, swiss chard, onion, peppers. We canned 5 quarts of beans today, in the pressure canner. (First time, so very exciting!) Calendula blossoms for drying. Basil and probably something else, that I have forgotten! The heat is really affecting my brain cells!
