Where does everyone get their cool, animated smilies?

Yep, over to your right it says Smilies with a [ show ] option. Click on that and a window will open with TONS of smilies to play with!!!!

If you have the time to search, you can get all kinds of icons for free off the web. Then, post them in a photobucket type account, and use them on message boards.

I found these cute ones for gardening/weather. Which you can "right" click on and save them to your computer. I have a special folder for EMail Icons. then I put them in files according to their subject matter.

I love using these little things!!

I've got a whole bunch of them I host on my own webspace so I can use them in any forum

There's lots more, just right click on those you like, save them to your hard drive, then upload them where you can easily access them.
